Queen Esther Blanchett Dress

This is my 2x award winning Queen Esther Blanchett dress, from the anime Trinity Blood.
It took me 5.1/2 months to make the whole costume & was made entirely through trail and error as I am self-taugh at dress making

This photo is not complete it's just of the dress as the photographer wanted to concentrate on it. I used over 180m of fabrics, ribbons and laces, used 12000 swarovski crystals and about 10.000 pearls. I hand painted 18m of white satin fabric ( the whole dress and 2 cloaks) hand made each satin of the 110 satin roses and all props are made of craft foam & polystyrene. Thank you xxx

My Princess Midna Cosplay at the London MCM Expo on the 28th May 2011. I'm really proud of how this turned out as this was my first costume and I won 1st place in the Masquerade on Saturday with this. Happy days ^_^ xxx

Thores-Cos SUPERGROUP!!!Dear members and watchers

I hope you are all having (had) a great Easter Holiday!!! The Easter Bunny just popped in to give us a SUPERGROUP-pressie... and I couldn't refuse it

so from now on WE ARE A SUPERGROUP

Next I have some report about the Gala Nocturna event who took place on the 30the of March in Antwerp. I was so happy to join this amazing event with my dear friend and Thores-cos Co-founder :iconeileenskopnik: who came down all the way from London to visit us in Belgium.

We were the only Trinity Blood cosplayers at the event and there were even people who did know which character we were Cosplaying while it wasn't a cosplay event at all! Happy for us to know that Thores is indeed well known in our continents!

Thank you for the sweet comment, glad to hear all's well. Are you working on any costumes at the moment? I'm really well too ^^ but a tiny bit stressed due to my acting work

I have a part in a zombie film and I have to make a female super hero/vid game character costume for it xD the prob is, it could be anything from Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer) - to Harley Quin, Samus Aran's Zero Suit, to Poison Ivy...Also my director hasn't told me when we're filming...Ah oh well, it'll be fine

Ah ok, well yes, it cost over £1000 in materials and took over 6 months to make
